Bellafurcoat Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
- You must not have worn or washed the items.
- All tags for the item must still be attached.
Returns are made via Colissimo or Chronopost at your expense. You can check current Colissimo rates at your local post office or online. Fees vary depending on the weight of the package.
- The company is not responsible for loss or damage to returned packages.
- Please contact us via the contact section of the website to obtain the shipping address for the packages.
To avoid having to resort to a refund, the team is available to help you choose the size that suits you.
Bellafurcoat has a 10-day right of withdrawal. If this period is exceeded, the item cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at team.bellafurcoat@gmail.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
